Let's take a dream of an owl as an example, just seeing an owl in your dream would predict financial loss unless you chased that owl away in which case you can expect financial gains. To see an owl in a building would predict disagreement, in a house a disagreement with family, in a place of work it would suggest disagreements at work.

Dreaming of an Abyss
To dream of falling into this bottomless pit is an obstacle dream, but the details are important. If you fell into the abyss with no sign of landing you will be faced with an obstacle you will find hard to overcome. But if you landed safely, you will receive help in your dealings. If you did not fall at all you are being warned against trusting unknowns. If you fell but climbed back out you will overcome your obstacle, in time.
